Don't See Many Natural Gas Smokers

I worked over 40 years in the Natural gas industry. All gas appliances are made to be converted to either propane or natural gas. That should not effect your insurance. If still concerned contact your agent to see if it will be a problem.

Don't See Many Natural Gas Smokers

The liability shouldn't be any different than with propane.

Don't See Many Natural Gas Smokers

A simple orifice change should solve the problem. If you contact the manufacturer they may have a conversion kit.

    Strawberries!

My wife makes the best strawberry pies. They are hard to beat. She also makes a strawberry float cake that is almost sinful, I have to go to confession after I OD on it.

    Strawberries!

She feeds me good but she is a redneck, I'm the Cajun in the family. After 45 year together I still haven't been able to convince her that crawfish, crabs and shrimp are edible foods.

Cherry and apple work well with chicken also. They work well with most meats. They are a mild smoke.

    sweet blend

Hi Tim, I use cherry and apple chunks for my ribs and pork all the time. For a little extra sweetness try a little cherry jello powder in your rub. Use a little and taste until you get the taste you are looking for.
