When my first scale I got off ebay died on me I think it was Pops that recommended RIGHTONSCALES.COM Try googling them. They have a variety of scales to choose from. I opted for the My Weigh ibalance 500. Adam was the gentleman that I talked to.
Its looking good ! Looking forward to the finished Views. If possible could you show a picture of a finished sausage sliced? I'd like to see how the combination of 1/4 inch chunks and coarse ground meat look like. I like the idea of small chunks of meat in sausage. Take Care....
Congratulations on those great looking ribs... I haven't used coffee in my rubs yet, but if you do, make notes on your rubs and tune it in to where you want it. Good luck and let the fun begin.
I've used mesquite in the past and agree that it can get overpowering. However, I tip my hat to you for smoking your sausages. So far I've done only fresh sausages but smoking them is something I'll be doing in the near future. Take care...and don't forget the Q-views when you can.

Less than a year ago I ordered a DigiWeigh brand pocket scale from Amazon that was manufactured in China. It could measure up to 600 grams and displayed in grams, and ounces. I think I paid $20.00 for it. It just rolled over and died on me this weekend as I was weighing out my ingrdients...
