    Well, I hit a snag. I didn't realize how late it is, and I'm not going to want to feed the family at midnight. More pics to come tomorrow.

    Firing up the beast! Slab wood is cherry, stick wood is apple, and the jug with the skull and crossbones is finishing sauce. Planning on using that when I wrap the ribs.
