Funny and gross at the same time, heh heh. I saw a pic of the same
type of thing but instead of the pulp from insida they used different
types of wrapped candy, cool stuff. Kudos to your son, great idea.
Hi All,
Well, it's almost here and I'm busting at the seems to get rolling.
The weather is going to be great and the food will fill the the air
with beautiful aromas of love. ( Uh, maybe a stretch on the love thing.)
Truly, we are excited and can't wait to get there. My gang and I will
get...
I think it's coming along nicely. Laurie and I will be there along with two maybe four other friends.
I'll help out any way I can with the cooking. I'm really excited to meet everyone, it's getting close.
Laurie and I have rented the trailer/RV the campsite owns, so while we won't be as close...
Nice job with the birds! Like Jrod62 said, smoke those potatoes and you'll never put
them in the oven again unless you absolutely have to for time constraints.
I even did a twice smoked version of the "twice baked" potato and my family could
not get enough.
Also, I do what OldSchool...
Nice work here. They look delicious. I'm still trying to perfect the "homemade"
french fry. For some reason, after 10 minutes or so on the plate, they get soggy

I'll take a plate of those ribs please...James
Center store manager for a grocery store in Florida ( up to my neck in food all day ).
That aside, like everyone else, love to cook, smoke, Q and invent recipes. Got my
hat in the ring for the next Master Chef Show. I'm not holding my breath though. Lots
of talented home cooks and semi pro's...
Has anything changed on your PC? Down loaded any new programs?

Dino Eggs? From what I see, it looks like a boiled egg surrounded by sausage
wrapped in bacon, is that correct?
Anyway, what those fellows have suggested sounds great to me, good luck, win...James
Prune spread and apple sticks. That's got to be a great flavor match up.
My wife would love that. I think I'll put that on my list. My store has got
loin on sale this week. How about a pic tutorial of your trussing method?
Great job...James
