First Go @ ABTs...
As much as I dont want to do PP this weekend, I am really craving some PP Pablano ABTs (aka Sapos). I have 2 meatloaf (Ive been dying to cook meatloaf in the pit) I want to do and at least 3 chix. I think Im gonna have to pick up a pork shoulder... SMH- Xendau

@SmokinAl - I wouldnt go that far... lol Though I have been instructed to bring PP to the Thanksgiving Pot Luck. :) Food is me sharing a bit of what makes me happy. I asked the guys to just cover the meat, they went up and beyong and wouldnt take no for an answer. The owner just had stomach... -

Thanks Chris! I think the whole thing took about an hour and 15 or 30 minutes, then I let it rest about 30. IT of 130 degrees got the great pink for me. Ive could have used it a tad more rare though. -

It has been my experience here, that people have good genuine intentions and almost never get toxic or rant. One doesn't have to have "experience" to impart words of wisdom or direct one to a place to obtain further knowledge. Seems weird, almost everyone here has said the same thing. I dont see...- Xendau

Thank you @crazymoon... I have to confess, the jalapenos were hotter than normal. They werent too hot too eat, but they did a number on my stomach the day after... SMH Next go I might have to make a small batch of the mini sweet peppers. LOL- Xendau

Pit Controller Recommendations
I love my FireBoard ATC... I have to say it seems the easiest to use/hook up (based on reviews of others). The unit doesnt look as cheesey as the others. @oldsmokerdude - it was just left over from a lemon/garlic/rosemary rub I did for some chickens I threw in the pit. My lady dumped sauce on the plate before I could shoot the pic. So I tried to balance the image. I will do "presentation" when I have a date night with the lady... or I cook for... -
