Sounds like you have the Professional 600 like myself... I like that one far better than the Artisan tilt head. Though both are great.

I couldnt live with out my KA 600... The amount of bread I make alone would have other mixers replaced many times over. This was a gift to me in 2009... It is 9 years old and I have never had one problem and use it AT LEAST once a week.

How is the heat on your Reapers? I have some dried one's I bought that are insane.
I personally go 225* until done. Testing using the bend test as well and visually when the pull back is nice. I have found sometimes the ribs do not show pull back as much but still pass the bend test.
Nice looking plants! What type of fertilizer do you use? I have Carolina Reaper, Peach Reaper, Spicy Lemon Drops, Purple Jalapenos and a whole host of other seeds to start. I know its late, but its southern California. I should be fine. Ill post the list of peppers Im growing

They sell a batter for $15 on their website. But I imagine any large capacity battery could work from any of the big box electronic stores.
I prefer to keep my set up plugged in at the FireBoard Control Cable. This keeps the fan running without worry, and keep the FB...

What my lady did with her portion she took to work today...
Split it in half and placed some of my Jamaican Jerk Beer Can Chix on it... though Im not sure of the flavor profile with the Olive Oil and Balsamic.

If you would like, I could give you one or both of the recipes I use. This one came almost directly from an old culinary text book I have from 2009, the other recipe is from a chef I once worked for. You can compare the two to the one you use.

A fairly simple bread... That I enjoy making because of the boundless things that can be done to it. I love to make it and use it for sandwiches. Last night's Focaccia I topped with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and feta cheese. (All from the farmers market)...
It was funny, and my lady does a ton to help when I am on the smoking or at the stove.
But I do most everything up until preparing the table.
Bless her heart, and I am the luckiest man in the world, as she doesnt want me doing any clean up around the house. She loves cleaning and does it...
