How much do you think it will cost to build a smoker on a trailer? I can get a 500 gallon propane tank for $125. Is it cheaper to built your own trailer or to find a new or used one? Question about smoke exhaust pipe?
I am building a smoker out of an water heater. I know that you should stay away from galvanized metal. I believe the smoke exhaust pipe and the extension from the smoker is galvanized. Hello, I have been smoking meat for about two years. I have a Brinkman SNP modified pit from Wal-mart. One of my students at school is building me a bigger one from a water heater (100 gallons). I guess I could be considered a rookie.- bigtex1118
