    Ive got a glut of Hickory Oak and maple heck we burn it to heat the house too and I have a pretty good amount of hard cherry. I know a guy with an orchard and I will hit him up in the spring for a few clippings.

    I just got a Great Outdoors Smoker from Gander Mountain and was interested in what your thoughts were of this and what its capabilities are. its got 4 nice racks and seems sturdy. Its a smoky mountains series 360 5bgd
