    He should have the intake on the top and the exhaust on the bottom, that way his intake is above the dust level.  He should use the same filters and screens though.

    We do that also, it keeps the Brown Sugar in great shape.  Over the life of a bag, you may have to change the bread once or twice though.

    Yes, that is exactly what I had to do, I guess they do not make dishwasher detergent that clean the smoke off of the MES racks.

    OK Folks, as Canada Day Weekend comes to close, my smoking for this week is done.  I had a hoot doing it and will do it again.  In fact, as of today, I have some of my homemade Eastern Carolina Pulled Pork Sandwiches, which are outrageously good.

    Yes I do, I own a 30 MES with window in the door.  After the dishwasher not even washing some of the food off of them, we sprayed them with oven cleaner, about 20 minute later rinsed them off, then went at them with a SOS pad.  I have yet to get out and inspect them today.
