Was at my farm yesterday to do a little work and set up another trail camera. While taking the Ranger through the woods on one of the the old logging roads...there were chanterelles. Gobs and gobs of them! The most I have ever seen at one time!

Late to this thread - but thought I would add our method anyways
Lobster tails on broil for 6-10 minutes...depending on size
About 1 minute per ounce (on broil) is a good rule of thumb
Also, I put the tails on the 2nd from the bottom grate height
Watch closely to avoid overcooking; the shell...

Agree with your comment above about how expensive it is to buy pre-cut meats. I have been buying pork butts for a while now and cutting them into boneless pork steak or - more often - country style ribs with the balance getting chunked...

I think this is a very cool trail cam pic from my farm this morning. These cubs are probably 2-3 months old and their home range is already up to 5 square miles.
