    I am still really unsure about these things, while it tasted really good I had to hunt and peck to get any meat off of them. is this because of the horrible cut of ribs I had or all they all like this?

    Forgot to mention the rack at the top of the picture is covered with a rub recipe that I got from SD4547's youtube video and the one on the bottom is only back pepper and salt.

    Having troubles with my first Boston Butt smoke

    On my first Butt the stall nearly killed me I ended up having to throw them into the oven because my offset pit was having some serious ash accumulation issues and I could not keep the temp up. Stay the course they will turn out great!
