    Thanks for the comments and to scootermagoo the ribs I got was the St. Louis spare ribs for 24 dollars and I got just the one and it was my Valentine's present from my wife.

    So I just got some spare ribs from snakeriverfarms.com and I was wondering if anyone had guidance on how not to ruin them. I've been doing the 3-2-1 method for ribs I pick up at the local grocery store but these were a lot more expensive and I don't want to over cook them.
