    Just out of the foil, looking good. They are really falling off the bone, I think next time I will shorten the foil time so they have a little more pull. Almost time to sauce them.

    Hey Bubba, It is back in the container, I did not filter it, but I live in Florida so it has been sitting out in the heat, about 75 - 80 degrees I would guess. Is their an easy way to tell if it is still good? a simple sniff test maybe. John
