My very first smoke ever, MES 30 first gen. (Pix!)
Alright gents, I picked up my MES 30 on Thursday and Friday night I picked up some goods! 4lbs of buffalo wings, 8 premade bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers and a pack of brats. (I will do my own ABTs next time) Here is a picture of the wings sitting in a rub I made (from the Masterbuilt site)...- beedee

Is this a 2nd Gen MES30?
Noob here, been lurking for a couple weeks. I saw the Lowes near me has this on clearance, is it any good? I saw that WallyMart and Home Depot has the Gen1 (I think) for $175.00. From what I've gathered, the Gen 1 would be the better choice.- beedee
