I remember on one episodes of the old school version BBQ Pitmaster episodes where they went to comps someone said (and I may be paraphrasing) "You have to cook to the the judges tastes and not yours. Sometimes you will be spot on and way off on others."
I tried starting a team before, but never took flight. I was going to call mine "Straw, Sticks and Bricks BBQ"
I even found the perfect shirt and had ordered a few of them:

Congrats to both you and your wife!!!!
My wife started Weight Watchers in Jan and has already lost 32 lbs. To support her I joined as well a few weeks ago, but I have only lost 3 lbs. I asked my doc about the bypass or the band but he said that he wants me to lose 50 lbs on on my own first...
There are a couple of places that I get items like these.
1. Amazon
2. Local Restaurant Supply store - 1 store near me has the same size in different grades of metal and cost points.
3. http://www.usfoodsculinaryequipmentandsupplies.com - They also have stores around the country
Hope that helps.
My wife has a 2001 Toyota Echo (sorry no pic), and I drive the "Family Truckster" a 2012 Durago.
I tease my wife telling her that I want to paint it avocado green, add wood paneling and get "Honky Lips" spray painted on the side.
