Well used Bear's CSR method and did some today on the MES 40. If I do say so myself I think they came out pretty darn tasty.
On the MES at 225* and starting their 2 hour adventure....

When you wrap them at the 2 hour mark like Baby Backs, do you wrap them individually or a few together. Or would it be best to put them in a aluminum pan all together and then just cover the pan. Sorry for the questions, just want to screw them up. ThanksSS
Once you get a few more smokes under your belt you will want to do something every weekend. Get a Maverick if you already havent and then check out the Amaze-N-Pellet smoker. I got one and will be trying it soon, but all the folks that I have read that already have one say they love it.
