    It just arrived. It said read instructions which werent there. It looks sturdy enough to do 10 pounds of meat. The stainless steel looks like brushed aluminum. Im not good at telling things about metal

    Deb It looks like it will do 10 or 15 pounds at a time. Mine is still in the mail. How many pounds of meat do you think it will hold??? ALSO are the legs far enough apart so it doesnt tip while mixing??? And did you need a second person to hold it while you turned the handle...

    I did what you suggested. Aparently it forgave me. The part change worked perfectly and the bike pulled better than a well cooked pork. I'm a happy man

    I really enjoy my motorcycles and all the things that i normally do with/to them. Rides to nowhere. to the bike hangouts that supply free food. to weekly gatherings. Maintenance of the stocke ones and more than anything tweaking my gs zuke and keeping all the added items working...

    o.k. here comes a dumb question

    My smoker is adjustable from off to 350 degrees but the smoking feature is just a go no go and i believe that the heat used to make smoke would be too high. The thermostat range is more to acomodate a keep warm feature i guess. I dont expect to do anything like cold smoking in the toy...
