I’d like to try this also. My question what’s the reason to leave it in the smoker for 1 -1/2 hours once it hit 140 IT? Were you just hold it at warm till dinner time or is there science behind it?
Wrapped in foil after 10 hrs thencooked to 195 before pulling and wrapping for resting about 4 hours not one time did we open the pit to spray flavored water on it.
Is that what they call featured? What a pleasure to be picked... honestly I’ve been working with this recipe for about a year and constantly love the results I’m getting. You guys are seeing the recipe for the first time here and I love the results this time.
