    That's correct. By closing it, more and more, you will be decreasing the temps.  Good luck!

    Squirrel - there's quite a difference in price and cooking ability of some briquettes. And also what the binders are made from. I prefer a more "natural" briquette or lump, personally. I know RO makes good lump and was hoping maybe this is a natural briquette like their lump.  One day I'll get...

    I purchased the 40lb bag for $8.97 here, however what I'm looking forward to is the sale on lump from Publix this week. $2 off a 10lb bag. Going to pick up a handful of them.  I haven't used Kingsford in a while, and I remember now why I switched..
