That is good info, and I have heard that about the pineapple as well. I saw on Facebook the other day one of our local butchers that was gearing up for deer processing, and they had a cart at Sam's completely full of canned pineapple. Maybe they are cooking it first? Maybe the canning process...
Around here, if you have it made, they use canned crushed pineapple. That’s what I am looking for. Thanks though. The pineapple seasoning may be good in some Jerky!

Actually the smoker is going to go on the back of the trailer, side to side. I am going to mount 2 vertial pipes, and weld 2 on the back of the smoker that are a little bigger. Then it will just hang on there. I will just use the front end loader to put it on the trailer. That way I can take...

Here is todays progress. I have the plate welded in the bottom, the piece of pipe started for the smokebox, and a nice uncle that let me borrow his welding rig!

I have just been really busy. I have managed to get the ends cut. We have a plasma cutter at work! That is the way to go.
