Baby Back Ribs on the MES30 with an AMNPS (Q-View)!
Started last night with 2 racks of Costco ribs (woohoo, no membrane to deal with!). Coated them in yellow mustard and some rub, bone side first. Wrapped them in plastic wrap and let them sit overnight. Got the AMNPS up and running (Pitmasters Choice). Wasn't too bad for my first try, got it... -

Hey everyone, I have a smoker on order (it's the QVC variant of the MES 30" with window/wireless control). From what I can tell from their answered questions, the model number is 20072514. Harry, I have a question about that model. I have one on order. Can you tell if its 1200watts or 800, and does there appear to be an access panel in the back that would facilitate replacing the element if it ever went out? Thanks! -Matt
