    I'm looking for a salmon rub recipe

    I have always grilled my salmon. Going to have to try one of these curing recipes. When u cure is it similar to lox? Wraped in foil w/ lemon, fresh garlic, EEVO, Fresh Dill w/ a touch of salt to taste. grilled till done. I call done in this case fish being light in color and flaky.

    I with a lot of you guys. Why would i pay 10bucks for a burger i can make better at home. Still working on getting home cut fries to be crispy... There is 2 types of food that i do go out for and that b/c i'm no way close to ever being able to make it as good as they do. Mexican and Sushi.

    Penzeys rocks! that were i get most of my spices from. If you get a chance try the no salt mix's. There BBQ 3000 isn't to bad ether. I would love to grow my own herbs and veg's but i'm renting and they frown on the few plants i do have.

    Forget jerky - make yourself some biltong :-)

    My good friend lives in africa. He brought some biltong home. it was good but way over dry'd, i like jerky better. Also brough home some Kudo jerky. YUMMY! slowing eating all of the tasty animals from around the world!

    If my offset wasn't so old and beat up i'd think about using the veg oil on here. I use lump charcoal to start and then use hardwood from then on.
