so here's the aftermath
I had to wrap everything up tightly on the smoker, put the fire out, and drive 40min to my buddy house to set up and get everything ready for dinner
here's the smoker all set up in its new home for the night!

The smoker is a 120gal tank w/ a 4' door and 2 slide out racks. I built her to do big cookouts and whole pigs.
but a bit of a update:
spraying the butts w/ some apple juice
and who doesn't like some slaw?
