I have never reheated ribs, however if I were going to I would reheat in the foil then take them out and sauce them durring the last 5-10 minutes. I am sure someone has done this before and will tell you how they did it.

I wouln't get to paranoid, it will probably stall on you. Just keep on smoking, I'm sure you have several hours to go. cook it till its done and throw in a cooler and let it rest for a couple of hour. Using those tempetures its going to turn out fine.
Bearcarver, I think your right. But I don't think I can take 2 weeks at that time of year. May have to plan 2 vacations.
