hello , i also am gonna be building a new smoke house too,and was wondering .. i plan on using particle board for the inside, as it is a whole lot cheaper .at present i have just an old wood shed i use .. however this is our power shed also and well the boss is getting tired of me using this...
i had the same problem, with temp swings ... plus 20 then minus 50 and these were all consistent also .. so after a few chats with traeger ,they sent me a new different temp control , and this works fairly good , like +10 -15 . the flame outs (well for me ) not always cleaning the igniter box...
let me know how things turned out .. please .as that is one of my next projects here when it finally warms up. you see ive done lots of them ... however not with the best of success , now im seeing ways to do it properly as well done . and hey nice place there also , im from dawson Creek .. have...
