for brisket?was in the store today just lookingand was a bit surprised at the price. never done one before but its getting close. packer brisketwas about 1.88 pnd and the flat alone was almost 4 do most smokers do the packer or the flat?later bill
i make a lot of jerky every year probably 50/50 on ground or sliced i lovem both and so wiil you. with the ground i never let it sit figure it cant get any more mixed than by handin hamberger with the sliced i will let it marinade good luck and you wont regret your buy.ps i actually prefer it...
a fewof us here use the smoke vault from camp chef.it doesnt get much easier,and i love it.ivenever smoked with anything but propaneso i cant judge other types but the ease of this thing is perfect for the begginerto thepro.you can ussually find them for under 300$ thier 269 in my town right now...
