I have the gosm 38" and I also use chunks. I use chunks that are then length of the box, they are thick enough to where the lids barely fits. Its a 32 QT Imperial Home pot. They have them on eBay from $19.99-$27.99 with free shipping. I made mine with a vasconia pot and love it but all the Imusa pots I have tried are to big for the smokey joe lid. I know they can be modified but I would rather not have to. So has anyone tried the... -
IMUSA lid
One of my local Wal-Mart stores carries Imusa pots in stock. I took the pot back to the smokey joe display and the fit was not good. The imusa pot was about a half inch to big for the smokey joe. My local target carries both also so I went there to check the fits. I checked 4 pots and 2 smokey... -
Can you tell me which of the gloves are the best?
Thanks for the replies and info. I will use the nitrile gloves that say okfor food handling. I wanted to use the others because the nitrile are size small and the others are medium. I can fit into the small, they're just a little tight.- 12ring
