    I smoked with mesquite for 5 hours until they had a great bend. I used this recipe for the sauce which i mopped up every half hour at hour 3. tender and flavorful. Also smoked the mac & cheese.

    I've got a 30" masterbuilt electric smoker. maintaining the temp shouldn't be a problem. what kind of time am i looking at with that size of bird?

    Instead of deep frying I thought I'd smoke this bird for tomorrow. Any tips for a 13.5 pounder? Its brining now.

    Cream Cheese & Jalapenos stuffed in ground chicken, rolled into a ball, wrapped in back, deep fried. They are the bomb.
