Traeger Controller Upgrade
I have had my smoker for going on 9 months, I have am looking to upgrade the controller. I have looked at the Pellet Pro, SS. I am really not sure what to go with. If someone has some feedback on those or any other it would be greatly appreciated.- kenny1993

MES 30 Mailbox Mod Question
Hello, I smoked a pork butt this past weekend. I love the Pellet Smoker, however I decided that I want to do the mailbox mod. I was wondering, Do I need to take out the chip loader and the tray? I just wanted to stop by and introduce myself. I am new to smoking, I recently purchased a 2.5 Gen MES 30 from Masterbuilt. Got it all seasoned and trying my first smoke tomorrow with the AMNPS, Planning to smoke chicken, Then over the holiday weekend this month plan to give Pork Butt a shot!
