    Smoked Mini-Bear-Loaves (All Beef)

I might just have to do that Bear. Maybe I will make a loaf of each to take to duck camp this fall. I think that sounds like a plan

Help. Need a BBB Wet Brine Recipe using Pink salt

Follow the recipe for Pop's brine. I used it for my belly bacon and it is awesome! Simple, not too salty, not too sweet, best bacon I have ever had.

    Smoked Mini-Bear-Loaves (All Beef)

Looks great Bear! The Saran Wrap trick is how I do my mini meatloaf on the smoker. The color on those is awesome, just might have to try that with my venison snack stick recipe. That has to be easier that stuffing a bunch of 19mm casings. Thanks for sharing!

Chicken breasts stuffed with smoked harvarti and asparagus spears.

Chicken breasts stuffed with smoked harvarti and asparagus spears.

They were mostly just charred and crispy, lol. The whole cook was only 20 minutes so they really didn't take on much smoke. I love them on the grill, favorite way to eat them. Thanks David
