    Your butt looked great! Small suggestion that might save a little bit of $ for ya on future smokes: go with straight water in your water pan, skip the apple juice. The flavor of the butt will come from the rub/wood smoke, not the water vapor.

    Well, I just got the time off work. Will be up on Friday afternoon. This is the one event I look forward to EVERY YEAR, and hope to never miss one. See all of my ol' friends there, and can't wait to see some new faces.
