GMG Daniel Boone question
So im upgrading from my ECB and decided to go with the DB. I was just curious if theres anything about it i should know before I go ahead and make the purchase? ECB mod question
Im going to be adding some weber dampers i ordered to be used for intake and exhaust vents. Was wondering if for the intake if i could get away with putting the dampers on the sides or if they should really go on the bottom... thank you in advance!- ntf1015

New to smoking....and ECB
Hey everybody. I have a unmodded brinkmann gourmet smoker, other than a thermometer ive put in, and im having some difficulties. I smoked some leg quarters and they turned out great. Question about maintaining heat...
So im up a little late/early about to smoke a boston butt for my first time and i just recently lit a 1/2 chimney full of lump coals and threw it in my mainly unmodded ecb already set for the minion method and the temps rose to about 425 so far..... is this normal at first? Will the temps die...- ntf1015
