I injected 3 chicken breasts with Italian dressing wrapped overnight.
Put Jeff's rub on them next morning.
Smoked at 250 until chicken breasts reached internal temp of 140.
Then I reduced temp to 225 and smoked until internal temp. reached 160.
Wrapped in foil with apple juice and smoked...
