I think I am,but I'm going to make them again and I'll make sure that I clean them out .
I never split them before,I always cut the tops off and cleaned them out.

I have a "Oregon Scientific" modelAW129 and my probe started reading 100 degrees higher then it should of.I called them up and they said they would send me out a new probe within 5 to 6 weeks,it's been 4 weeks now.

Are you talking about the one by the dog track?I'm going to be staying at "Harrah's" on the northeast side of K.C.,but might run over to the dog track if we have enough time.
I'll be coming up from Springfield,Mo. and going back the same way so I'm up to eating anywhere that has good barbecue.

After reading the reviews on "Fiorella's"here I think I'll stay away from there.
