I'm just so used to posting with spare ribs.
I thought I had gone through all my babybacks,I prefer spare ribs
but I think my wife got these on sale.I'm not complaining
they were still moist and tender.
Here's some pictures of some spare ribs I smoked today.
I put Jeff's rub on them last night and wrapped and put in fridge.
My wife was out of state yesterday so I couldn't take any pictures until this afternoon.
I did the ribs with 3-2-1 and had the smoker staying at around 225.
Getting ready...
I would stack the wood outside off the ground so the air can get to it.
I heat my house with wood and I stack all my wood outside and just cover the top of the stack to keep the rain off as much as possible.
Here's a London Broil I did.I used fellow member "Ableman's" Mojo marinate on mine because his looked so good.
Mojo Recipe
8 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons of Lemon Juice
1/4 cup of Lime Juice
1 cup of Orange Juice
4 bay leaves
2 teaspoons of dried oregano
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes...
This won't be your last one.I started smoking Canadian bacon with cowgirl's recipe about 3 or 4 months ago and have never run out yet. When I start getting low I start getting another loin curing.
My wife and I eat it every morning, great stuff.
Looking forward to more of your Q-view.
Great job on the London broil. I don't mean to be a copycat, but I'm doing one the same way, yours looks to good to pass up.I just put mine to marinade with the same one you used and will smoke it Tuesday,I'll post Q-view when done.
Great job on the ribs and fattie. The q-view are making me hungry and it's only 3:00 a.m. here. But I guess there is no wrong time to eat ribs and fatties.
