Is it two weeks! Dang I thought it was only one. Since the Gouda is softer it takes less time right? Haha I just finished up my last batch, and I want some cheese! Thanks though guys the AMNS couldn't get any easier
First time ever using the AMNS.
Apple One Side, Maple The Other (I will do it over aluminum foil next time since I'm a mess)
Vacuum Sealed half the cheddar and one of the Goudas'
The AMNS worked just as everyone says. Couldn't be any happier.

No, if there is any smoke leaking out its a miniscule amount. I tried the door latch also; didn't work.
I'll live with it. I just wonder if a lot of others are the same way and they just never got down to look at it. The gap is about this big | |
Thanks pokey!
When I was in Vegas for...
Yeah Bear, I'm not sure if the rivets just weren't set right or what.
And on another note - I just noticed yesterday that the door doesn't completely touch at the bottom when its locked. Not a complete seal! I think the door is slightly bowed out. It still holds the temps just fine. Not...

Well I was moving the MES 40" smoker I bought just about a week ago and applied some pressure to the handle to tilt it back on its wheels and move it out of the way before it rained. I'm not knocking the product at all, I would recommend it to anyone but.... The handle popped out the top two...
Thanks Al. We made them into little sliders with some sourdough rolls. And at the last second made Jeffs BBQ Sauce w/ out one ingredient since I didnt have it. That was still really good too. I will be making this more often. I only wish I took pics of the sliders (too hungry).

Brisket.... A little over done but was still juicy and tender. Really good bark.
Sorry again for the lighting is horrible and camera sucks. But thats the pork before I pulled it.
Very Very Tasty! I think I have tendonitis in my hands now though. (Another bad picture)
