Q-View Cameras
Flash, It has the Type "G" lithium ion battery. I always charge before going some where and always carry a charger and inverter also. I had rechargable AA's when that was what I used and they never lasted long so always had to keep spares with me. On vacations and the like I would go through 2...- ds7662

Small cheese smoke
Peaked at the 77* shown. It held that temp throughout the smoke. Used 2 pieces of lump that I got going good. Had the Water pan in with water (don't have any sand at this time).- ds7662

Ok, so I had been talkin' to the Wife for some time about smoking cheese. She loves the stuff. Was out in the western part of VA the other day and happened to make it by a Menonite/Amish store. Nh3b's you asked where bluegrass came from? Here in the US that is always up for debate. Some say Kentucky, others Tennesse. I say it came from Virginia and West Virginia. Started in the Hills by the Irish and Scotts that were settling there. So Ireland is where it really came from..Imho. Now...- ds7662

Q-View Cameras
I use a Sony cybershot 6megpix, Zeiss lens. Choose this one cause of battery. Had to Kodak's and another Off-brand one that all used AA or AAA batteries. Even with re-chargable batteries they never seemed to take many pics before going dead. With this one I can take 200+ pics before it starts...- ds7662

Coffee in my brisket dry rub....
