I marinated in zesty Italian dressing. Then used some oregano and this Italian Seasoning I bought on clearance at Target a month or so ago. It's like dehydrated tomatoes, garlic, and a bunch of other stuff. It has a very unique texture to it, but it is pretty tasty. I threw them on at about...
And the congregation said, "A-men!"
Here are the breasteses. They only took an hour to cook...seems a bit quick for other chicken I've done, but I've never done breasts only before. Enjoy!
Tasty!

Got up and decided to smoke today, but was totally unprepared. I'm doing it on my Masterbuilt 7-in-1. I've never smoked on this thing before. I'll be interested to see how I feel about it vs. my Char-Griller. I'll write a review when all is said and done. Here's what I got going on:

Absolutely! We use a food processor from Goodwill to grind down solid chemicals we use for labs here at school. Definitely wouldn't want to use the misses processor in the kitchen!
Right on...good info. Like I said I've never been witness to what these things actually are other than what I've seen in internet pics. I'm sure making your own is nearly impossible/impratical or someone would have done it by now! Thanks for the input though!

So someone was wondering in another post if a person could make the wood pucks used for Bradley smokers at home and it got me to thinking. I don't have a Bradley smoker and I've never been witness to the pucks they use, but here is my idea for making your own. I've never tried, but I might...
Those look good. You know, if they can fry anything and put it on a stick why not smoke too? I think a Twinke should be next on your list (if you haven't done it already!)

Awesome rub...you thought about throwing in a bit of bread to help absorb moisture? Kinda like they do with brown sugar? Don't know if it would work, but just an idea...

Whatever you do I recommend the finishing sauce. I used it last weekend on 2 butts and it was amazing! Oh, and I think it's 1 beer per hour of smoking on pork butts, but I could be wrong about that.
