I started out with a cheap grinder (Waring) and it worked for less than 15 minutes before it died. I ended up buying a #8 Lem and their 5lb. stuffer and couldn't be happier with them
Greetings and welcome, AMNPS is Amazin pellet smoker. It's a smoke generator made by one of the members of this site. You can get all the info you need from back threads. I got one when I first started and haven't been disappointed with it. Hope this helped
I use the Maverick ET-73 and the Thermapen. I like them both and have had only 2 minor issues with the ET-73. The first issue was corrected by "re-reading" the directions and the second was resolved by Todd replacing a bad probe. I'd recommend them both to friends.
I bought a MES40 about six months ago and really like it They have a great customer service department and the folks on this site will hellp you with any other issues.
Welcome B19, I can't answer your question as I don't do that much quantity but there are some real knowledgeable heavy hitters on this site that I'm sure will be able to help you out .Good Luck!
I used to get brisket for $.79 a pound a few years ago and trimmed some fat off and ground it a lot. It was excellent. Don't see it at that price anymore so don't grind it up much anymore.
I went with the 40 after reading dozens of threads from the archives and am glad that I did. I didn't think that I would need the additional room but I did. Hope this helps.
I've been married four times myself. My first three wives died. The first two died from eating poison mushrooms. The third died from a busted skull. The B***h wouldn't eat her mushrooms!
