    I started out with a cheap grinder (Waring) and it worked for less than 15 minutes before it died. I ended up buying a #8 Lem and their 5lb. stuffer and couldn't be happier with them

    I got mine at Sam's Club for $300.00. I had some problems with it but Masterbuilt's customer service was outstanding. No regrets!

    Greetings and welcome, AMNPS is Amazin pellet smoker. It's a smoke generator made by one of the members of this site. You can get all the info you need from back threads. I got one when I first started and haven't been disappointed with it. Hope this helped

    I use the Maverick ET-73 and the Thermapen. I like them both and have had only 2 minor issues with the ET-73. The first issue was corrected by "re-reading" the directions and the second was resolved by Todd replacing a bad probe. I'd recommend them both to friends.

    H.E.B. runs them on sale for $0.97# pretty regular. That's when I stock up. The rest of the time most stores sell them for a bit under $2.00 a pound.

    Anyone grinding briskets for HB meat?

    I used to get brisket for $.79 a pound a few years ago and trimmed some fat off and ground it a lot. It was excellent. Don't see it at that price anymore so don't grind it up much anymore.

    I went with the 40 after reading dozens of threads from the archives and am glad that I did. I didn't think that I would need the additional room but I did. Hope this helps.
