hey there welcome to smf. I do have a suggestion on a smoker. I like the propane that i have however if you pick one out get one with a wide door and a wide body.
I got it to 150 and put it in the oven to 160, It was pretty dog gone good. I have no problem finding tenderloin but a little trouble finding just loin.
well, had to finish about the last 15 minutes in the oven. It still turned out great. I have learned several things today. I love using maple wood. Smells awesome while cooking, I love my baked beans cooked in the smoker, I love John Boy and Billy's 3 pepper Hot sauce on smoked pork tenderlion...
