Wecome Kyle, another option you might have is an in the oven smoker. I have never used one but I have seen them used one the Food Network. I have found them on Target's website and on ebay.
Looks great. We are getting a Gander Mnt here that is suppose to open in April, I can not wait to see the outdoor cooking section. We just got a sportsman warehouse in Nov, and thier outdoor cooking section is pretty nice
It would make since that it may change the flavor, don't you use different types of wood to get different flavors. When you soak your chips does it or does it not change the wood. I usually soak only in water but occasionally I will buy the Jack Daniels wood chips and you can taste JD in meat.
