Mine goes up and down it will drop 10 or 15 degrees today though I was smoking at 250 a higher temp then usally I smoke around 225 and dropped to 233 but it goes back up to about 5 over what I have it set on. I love my smoker though I am thinking of adding another heating unit and then have 2...
I used to visit my grandmother in East Tenn when I was a kid and my grand mother would make biscuts every morning along with country ham and home made freezer jam She would use yeast in hers and she would alaways make a giant one for me :). Sure wish I would have paid more attention no recipes...
I ended up just taking little of this and little of that little bits of everyones ideas really liked the apples in them and little bit of craisins and it turned out very good thanks again for everyones input
