@jcam222 Thank you for the critique. Its not a boneless strip and the new pit is a REC TEC 700 BULL. Anybody who says a pellet smoker does not put out enough smoke that you have to use a smoke tube or something else....Well this one does...ITS FANTASTIC! These were some ribs I did on the... -

The only problem I have with Rec Tec is their advertising....THEY DONT! I came across them by accident and then found out thru word of mouth how great they were. Had I known about them 6 months ago I would have bought it 6 months ago. Hmmm a company that now 10+years old...growing fast that...- NU2SMOKE

Rec tec temp issues
@SlowmotionQue I just finished a 10 hour temp test with 9 temp probes thru out the grill taking temps every 15 min....the data was interesting to say the least. Let me know and Ill share it with ya.- NU2SMOKE

Yeah... @gmc2003 setp by step was great and now I have already been asked by the kids to do another one...so I told both of them and my wife to come up with 3 different fillings each one would like and we will do them one a week! Lucky me!! -
