I never said or inferred that the food wasn't good but I sure as hell wouldn't call what they are doing "BBQ" Their food could taste great but it is not BBQ.
To me the best way to make a burger is seared over a open flame...but that is my opinion and I wouldnt cal that BBQ either...its Grilled.
To call something BBQ is there not certain things that have to happen for that title to actually apply?
I used to think burgers and dogs on the grill was bbq when I was a kid, but a guy that moved in next door pretty much slapped me stupid for calling it that and then educated me on what true...

Pichana is a definite great meal. Few people know of it. I did mine whole...took it to 135. Served it with homemade chimichuri and it was fantastic!!

Actually when I went to make this...I had bought all of the ingredients days prior but had to go back to buy more eggs. When I went to get them I found they had been Poached....:emoji_astonished:

The recipe is as follows
2 LBS Ground Beef 70/30 fat content (the more fat the more moist the loaf)
1 lb Italian Sausage (hot)
1 lg onion chopped to your size liking.
3 eggs beaten (because they were bad)
1-1 1/2 cups...
