Whats up guys and gals? Am looking to buy a smoking vault I have never had one I have only smoked with wood and charcoal. I know there are alot of them out there but I have found myself going back to the Browning 24in vault would this be a good one? Please send me some suggestions any feed back...
Looks good so far Ron I like playing around with the sause myself and my wife just looks at me kinda funny some times.. She just dont understand.. Nickel More the Smart Balance Ron is using is Butter.. It is a Healthier type of butter so they say..lol I use it myself it is not bad..

This weekend I plan to smoke some chicken and am wanting to to pull it. This will be the first time for pulled chicken. I have smoked whole chickens before and they turned out real good. My ? is what type of chicken would be best for pulling ? whole chickens or Leg Qs or dose it matter. Thanks...
Hello welcome to SMF.. I not real familiar with your type of smoker myself. But as far as your thermometer goes you should be ok with using it to smoke with. You should not need to smoke any thing at 400 degrees. As far as drilling a hole I dont know about that.. Am sure some one will come along...
