    Rene, Welcome to SMF. If you don't yet have a smoker, fear not for you are not without an alternative. There is a way to smoke meat on a weber kettle, in fact, I've done some of my best smokes on a weber kettle. If you're interested, ask me how.

    I have one suggestion... Liquor before beer, your in the clear Beer before liquir, never sicker. Other than that, it sounds like a plan! Apple is awesome on pulled pork!
