    Last nights dinner, lamb sirloin. I needed an excuse to try out my new igrill2. Lamb was great, igrill2 worked great bit I did melt the holder base a little. I figured the base before the cooking chamber would be cool enough, not so much.

    Yep, ran them at 365 for an hour. Perfectly crispy outsid, juicy inside and great flavor. I rubbed them in the sams club roticessorie chicken rub. Ready to pull Plated up. Weird sides for chicken I know, but the wife wanted egg drop soup and we need to get through some celery.

    Found a good pack of legs on sale. I have a half pound of bacon looking for a home, so I figured wrapping the drumsticks is a good use.
