i've only done feral & javelina(goat knows) either way they're both wild & depends on rain & forage & age of the pig as to what ya get. bacon(after beer) is my next project- thatnx for the info guys- gypsyseagod

Best way to reheat pulled pork?
i did a 7.5 lb last night & just fridged the whole thing- tonight i just added 1/8 cup of water to the foil & stuck it in the oven on 275 for 2 hrs- pulled like a newborn's... well it pulled welll.......- gypsyseagod

welcome to smf .- spray oil or raw bacon rub yer pit & burn a bit of wood & get smoking braddah....lots of answers around here but lots of questions too.... ain't nuttin' to it but to do it..... maybe start off w/ a pork butt/shoulder - & a fatty- pretty forgiving & cheap too.....- gypsyseagod

i'm looking @ both & cost for the trailer... my question is how much can i load & how thick is the metal ? according to debi i can prolly do up to 12 9lb butts(3 per rack) or stack up to 8 racks or ribs(layed flat- 2 per rack 4 racks) but my other main question is how much gas consumption. and...- gypsyseagod
