been kinda busy lately w/ wiring the new recording studio & santa came early and coming again monday w/ new toys( man gotta have a winter business to right ?)anyway- here's todays Qview- i heard we were lacking... nothing special just a fatty,chix(yes a actually used a sauce),smoked au graten...
man i don't feel bad for starting this thread but i DO feel bad when a guy w/ twice my grey & 1 year younger than me w/ durn near the same mileage is called an old man........i never played pro ball but slamming around on them boats is no mercy either- i thought bret was a spring chicken...lol
i had to watch it late plays & lags on the comp but i actually got the game.sorry debi but the boys won. i did fajitas & smoked some shrooms onion & roasted some jalepenos. pics tomorrow. it was a great game- wish i could have seen it the right way...like live or even in real time....

i've been working on the catering trailer & working on my recording studio so i haven't cooked much or been around lately. i'd like to say welcome to all the new members over the last 3 wks or so & aloha to all the rest a ya guys. the studio is coming along nicely(for the smf musician crowd)and...
lol- no teeff yet buti expect really soon the way she gnaws & slobbers. trust me this lil' carnivoir is well fed & ain't starving- she'll take the knuckles right off'n yer hand. dinner was great- lots of leftovers.i'll repost the recipes come closer to x-mas.
the bird was stuffed w/ spiced rum soaked pineapple. the sides are my crawfish/fatty stuffing,green bean casserole,whipped taters,sweet taters,mom's giblet gravy,& croissants.
the age old argument. the common definition is(if i remember right) bbq is low & slow over indirect heat as opposed to grilling -which is directly over high heat.
