    Welcolm toSMF,  I use the ET 73 dual probe wireless, the range is great, Ican use it from anywhere in my house  to my smoker, I forgot my meat probe 2 days ago outside in a little rain and snow, used it today and it worked fine

    Thanks for the answers,  Scarbelly,  should that be a wool or thinsalated glove,  what color should it be,  should i heat the glove or unit up to keep it warm ?  I only went to college for six years, LOL, just messing around with you man,  I thought about a glove but couldn't find one long...

    Does any one use there ET 73 in cold weather (20 degrees) I just got mine.  I just use a cheap cheap probe mainly during winter months but would like to use ET 73 if I could

    hello, i need a little help.  I have 2  -  2.5 beef chuck shoulder roasts ( boneless) i want to smoke today. The wife wants me to slice it when done, are these roast to small and if i should foil and when, this is first time smoking beef roasts. any info    thanx

    Pork shoulder

    Wecome to SMF, I am a newbe here to, the blade roast is the upper portion of the front shoulder known as a boston butt and is very good pulled, some people cook to 180 degrees, Igo to 195 to 200 degrees then pull it will be very tender,  hope this helps u out
